The system presents a very good linearity of detection between 25 and 100 worms (R2=0.99). More than 100 worms are not recommended, a plateau of activity is observed.

The system presents a very good linearity of detection between 5 and 25 worms, observing a plateau at more than 25 (R2=0.97).

NOTE: These results were obtained using NGM plates, no seeded bacteria. Worms’ locomotor activity changes in presence of food.
