El wMicroTracker One se puede utilizar para medir la actividad locomotora de parásitos cultivados en medios líquidos y en placas multi-pocillos. Los métodos convencionales para medir la eficacia antihelmíntica en nematodos son laboriosos y no permiten realizar ensayos masivos. El wMicroTracker se puede utilizar para el screening de bibliotecas de drogas y el descubrimiento de fármacos en una variedad de nematodos parásitos.
